This Consent defines the terms and conditions for the processing of personal data (hereinafter — “data”) of users of the online school Detect.Expert Academy (hereinafter — the “School”).

The owner of the School is Vektor T13 Technologies B.V., KVK: 91883199, Netherlands, Zuid-Holland, Rotterdam, 3072MH Landverhuizersplein 123 (hereinafter — the “Administration”).

Processing includes any actions performed with the data — collection, storage, use, transfer, modification, and deletion.

This Consent is given voluntarily and knowingly and expresses the user’s agreement to the processing of their data for the purposes specified below.

By using the School or providing their data, the user confirms their agreement with this document.

2. Data That May Be Processed

We may process the following information:

• first name, last name, and middle name (if applicable);

• date of birth and contact information (phone number, email address);

• login data (username, password);

• payment information (payment details, partially masked card data);

• learning data (courses, results, activity);

For representatives of organizations, we may also process:

• position, contact details, and power of attorney information.

We do not collect special or biometric data.
