1.2. The owner of the School is Vektor T13 Technologies B.V. (hereinafter — the “Administration”).
1.3. By registering and purchasing access to the School’s courses, you (hereinafter — the “Student”) confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, or you have obtained consent from a legal representative
You accept the terms of these Terms
You agree to the processing of personal data
2.1. Course — an educational product of the School that includes video materials, text materials, assignments, and tests.
2.2. Personal Account — a personal area of the School accessible after registration and payment.
2.3. Educational Content — all course materials, including videos, texts, images, presentations, and other resources.
3.1. Access to a course is granted after:
Registration on the School’s platform
Full payment for the selected course
Acceptance of these Terms
3.2. The duration of access to each course is specified in its description.
Access purchased courses
Receive technical support
Participate in discussions and ask questions
Obtain a certificate upon successful completion of the course (if applicable)
Provide accurate information during registration
Not share their account access with third parties
Not distribute course materials
Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
Follow community communication rules
5.1. All course materials are the intellectual property of the School or its partners.
5.2. The Student is granted a limited right to access course materials solely for personal use.
5.3. It is strictly prohibited to:
Copy course materials
Distribute course materials
Publish materials in open access
Transfer course access to third parties
Use materials for commercial purposes
6.1. The Student has the right to request a refund within 14 days from the date of payment.
6.2. Detailed refund conditions are specified in the Refund Policy published on the website.
7.1. The Administration is not responsible for:
Failure to achieve expected learning outcomes
Technical failures beyond the School’s control
Actions of third parties
Inability to use the course due to technical issues on the Student’s side
7.2. The School does not guarantee:
Employment after completing a course
Any specific income results
Achievement of particular outcomes
8.1. The Administration reserves the right to modify these Terms.
8.2. The new version of the Terms comes into effect upon publication.
8.3. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9.1. The Administration reserves the right to terminate a Student’s access to courses in cases of:
Violation of these Terms
Distribution of course materials
Sharing access with third parties
Attempts to hack or disrupt the platform
10.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
10.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the court at the location of the Administration.
